I can not rave enough about this company. I first called when our AC unit broke two years ago in the middle of July. I had just arrived home from the hospital with our first child and called a lot of companies to come out on short notice. Most said they understood the need but didn't do anything to help immediatly. Caryl Mechanical was just a busy as everyone else but understood our need and had Greg come out at 10:00 pm. First, Greg who is one of their technicians, is great about explaining AND showing what is wrong and/or if everything is fine with our two systems. Second, the fact that he wasn't grumpy about being sent out at that time meant a lot. They did have a records/billing mistake but Melanie jumped in and fixed all of the problems, then offered fair compensation as a way of saying 'sorry' without me even mentioning anything first. She caught the mistake before I did and her pro-active approach says a lot when she could have passed the blame to someone else.
